Affection Technologies provides IT consultancy, web and software development, mobile app development, hosting, and related services as agreed in individual project proposals or contracts.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final project costs are confirmed in a written proposal. Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, are outlined per project.
Timelines are estimated in good faith and depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client. Delays in client input may extend delivery dates.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Affection Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Hosting, domain, and support services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to renew may result in suspension of services.
Affection Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the individual contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
